Eversley Leisure Centre is the venue for our ongoing free 4 week trial course for adult beginners.

We understand that many adults may be nervous of joining an established karate class where they may be the only person not wearing a karate suit.  At our Pitsea venue we have a small seperate training hall where absolute beginners can get a taste of what a karate is about in a small group under the tuition of a Black Belt instructor.  Gradually other students will be introduced to them so that if they want to make the progression to a regular class there will already be some familiar faces and mentors for them.
