Welcome to the Sessen Ryu Karate home page.  We welcome beginners and returning students throughout the year at all our locations.  First 2 sessions are free.  Most of our classes are pay as and when you train...so no monthly debit.  Check out our locations page to see details of training venues and times.

We have been teaching karate in the Basildon and Thurrock area for over 40 years.....Our classes allow children and adults to learn karate in a friendly, structured way so they can enjoy karate as a lifelong pursuit.
