We believe Martial Arts should be enjoyed by all ages.

Beginners of all ages will be made very welcome at all of our clubs.  All newcomers are offered 2 free lessons without any obligation to take up training.  

Our classes in Basildon, Pitsea and Thurrock are run by qualified instructors with many years experience in martial arts.
