5.30pm to 6.30pm Kids class for children aged 5 and over.

6.30pm to 7.30pm adults and teens 

First 2 lessons are free then £6 child/£7.50 adult pay as you go.  Parent and child training together £11.50  We have concessions for larger family groups training together.

We welcome beginners/new starters/returning students throughout the year.  With the childrens class we aim to teach karate in a friendly and fun way.....as the children gradually gain confidence they make their way through the grade system with a structured syllabus....we do our utmost to enable every child to achieve their goals.

The adult and teen class is aimed at enabling students to work on all aspects of karate, fitness, self defence, drills, kata, sparring and pairwork to enable lifelong training.  We understand that karate training offers mental and physical benefits and we adapt our classes so that all members can benefit equally....and forge lifelong friendships in the dojo
